GRUNGE

I admit, I’ve fallen into the black hole of grunge. I’m drawn to all things hole-y, distressed, and cut off. This is a look I put together for those warm, balmy spring days when you feel a little more rebellious than usual and want to make a statement against the typical spring sundress+sandal combo.

I found this awesome graphic tee with an abundant amount of holes in it and was immediately sold. It’s extremely oversized so I thought it made a killer of a slouchy T-shirt dress. I add a little more coverage by tying a plaid shirt around my waist and opting for some knee-high boots.

Personally, I really think the bandana pulls the look together. I’ve been obsessed with the tied handkerchief/skinny scarf/bandana around the neck trend (I really don’t know the right term). But bandana as a headband still goes perfectly with some looks. It gets your hair out of the way and looks super cute!

I’ve been wearing this leather wrap wristband with the golden bar with my gold watch non-stop lately. It’s especially perfect for this outfit as it complements the grunge.
